Remember the weird gimmicks physical movies used to had not much to add for a collector edition, but to pull you towards buying/renting it?
The ones I remember fidgeting with when I was a kid and my parents weren't looking were the "button" gimmicks, the ones I remember the most are from horror movies, like for example, one that was about a cannibal chef and if you presed the microwave on the background it would lit up and make a sound, or a haunted house one that if you pressed the door it would light up some windows and do a ding dong sound.
There were also some scratch and sniff ones and for the more kid friendly there were some sliders to make stuff on the box move around. An recenetly while googling around and watching youtube videos for lunch entertainment, one that catched my attention was with the Bleeders movie having a extra cover to have red slime act as blood.
Which one of these gimmics do you remember?
