DESCRIBE your favorite pizza of all time! (or simply toppings)

No judging, there's no right way to make a pizza... Have fun!

I'll start (for some reason the image doesn't load? so no picture unfortunately oof)

Ate this about 3 weeks ago in a restaurant not too far from where I live, and it was so delicious... toppings are potatoes (not fries, these are oven cooked), bacon and there's some cheeses mixed together if I remember correctly aaand no sauce, for some reason I prefer pizza without it, which might be controversial haha... And it wasn't just the toppings, the pizza as a whole tasted really delish hahhaa I WANT IT SO BAD RIGHT NOW

I've always been a big fan of sausage and mushrooms.

Semi-related rant: The local pizza place for some reason charges more for adding those two toppings vs ordering a pizza with a bunch of stuff on it and removing all but those two. All local pizza places are now super expensive and I hate it.

I have 2 favorite pizzas.

One I fell in love with while traveling in Finland and one my friend showed me years ago that was her go to pregnancy pizza.

During my travel in Finland my wife and I got off our flight and immediately showed up at our hotel. It was about 3pm when we checked in and the jet lag absolutely destroyed us so we just went to bed. We woke up at about 8pm and we were hungry so we took a walk in downtown Helsinki looking for food. It was a Friday evening so there were a lot of people around bar crawling and having a good time. We traveled around a few blocks and came across a pizza joint. While looking at the menu they had your classic pizzas you'd get anywhere else, but then I noticed they had a kebab pizza. I immediately wanted to try it. It was reindeer kebab thinly shaved on top of the cheese and had your standard pizza sauce. It was thin crust and cooked in a wood brick oven. It was absolutely amazing! Never came across a pizza like that in the US and didn't expect it to be in Finland, but I'm glad it was. We were in Finland for a week, and every time we were in the mood for pizza we searched it out.

The second favorite pizza, and one I can find in the US is pickle pizza. My friend introduced me to it one night when we were at her house visiting. There were a lot of people over so they decided to order pizza. The pizzas showed up and when I grabbed my plate to serve myself I opened up one of the boxes and there it was. I said "Pickles?! That's interesting." and she began to tell me that when she was pregnant with her son she had a craving for pizza and pickles and found a pizza place in town that would make it for her. It was a white sauce pizza with mozzarella, bacon, pickles and a lightly salted crust. Absolutely amazing and became a pizza I seek out when I make an order.
