Finally decided to make a ClassicConnect account! 
The name's kooper, although sometimes you might see me under "wglogos".
I have about a zillion different interests however they all pretty much boil down to "anything not related to AI", so there's that.
I also have my own website here which should work on IE5! 
Despite my love for old hardware and software, I am not writing from an old device or OS. I am instead writing this on a Lenovo Thinkcentre M700 Tiny (i5-6400T, HD 530) currently running Debian 13 with IceWM. I'm sure ClassicConnect works on old browsers if I am to go off of everyone else's posts.
I don't really know how active I'll be in here: if I'm not bored out of my mind I'm usually:
- checking up on CrossTalk's Discord server
- checking any of the other Discord servers I am in
- playing games
- messing around with old tech
- working on my small projects

Neat! I have a Pi 5 and a Pi 3B and they are both currently collecting dust as I can't come up with a good enough reason to use them (I own 5 different working computers, 7 if you count the Pi, 8 if you count the modded Switch I own that is triple-booting Atmosphère, LineageOS (Android) and Ubuntu 24.04 LTS).

Nice, i have mostly been using my pi5 for dreampi and as a regular linux machine, although i might use it in the future as a cyberdeck with an old motorola atrix lapdock. |

Cool idea, I think repurposing the lapdock would be nice considering its pretty much a paperweight without the phone itself. What I'm wondering is how the hell you would get the keyboard and trackpad working, let alone the screen. Hopefully its not too complex to mod it.

From what i have seen so far, the screen just uses micro HDMI, and the rpi5 afaik can use usb 2.0 over its usb-c port, and micro USB to usb-c adapters are everywhere on amazon, so it should be easy to do that. |
