So, for an off-menu burger, is that something regular people can order or is that just something that's coming soon? Do you have to order it a specific way?

It will be a button on the POS system, if they have the burger. The drive-thru ordering AI won't know about it though, because it's trained on menu items, so you'll have to either ask for a person or go inside to order.

I honestly might try the Cheesy Bacon Burger with extra onions, extra pickles, add ranch next time i order a meal. That sounds like it could be good.

Well, I tried to order the new Cheesy Bacon Burger. The cashier seemed to know what I was talking about, but said it wasn't available yet. "Maybe tomorrow", she said.

I'm guessing you have to be an employee to order it before it's officially on the menu, or get lucky that one is willing to enter it in, lol.

I am very picky with what I can eat unfortunately (thanks autism) so if I can get a blt somewhere, then that's what I tend to get (though even that can make me picky since some burgers can be extra greasy)

Cannot stand cheese, burgers or ketchup on burgers. Mayo is the most sauce I can handle.

When I make burgers I make it simple with the following:
- Meat (obviously)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- powdered garlic (small amount)
- Soy sauce (enough to darken it all)
- Sometimes a bit of diced onion, not too much, the idea is to help the flavor, not to hide it.

At the end of the coction, the last 20 seconds I add a slice of cheese on top, if I'm doing them in a pan, every 30 seconds or so press them so they don't form into balls, I also add diced bacon to the sides to be cooked alongside the burgers and on top on the cheese, then, I just add lettuce and celery, I just slice and presents toppings on the table for anyone to add what they want.

Now when I buy one, I go to a bar near my house and request the "hardcore" which is...
- 250g of meat
- 2 slices of cheese
- fried onion
- bacon
- onion rings
- 1 fried sunny side egg

And for side, I tend to go for fried potatos, if available, homemade by myself using my dad recipe

ooh, that sounds good. I might have to try your way of making them. I never thought about putting soy sauce on one.

As far as burgers themselves, basically what Blubari said, but also with some burger seasoning.

As for condiments, my go-to, especially at home or at a BBQ place, is:
- Cheese
- Onion rings or fried onions
- Bacon
- BBQ Sauce (preferably a non-trashy one)
- Mayo

...and some hot honey mustard, bacon jam, or BBQ mustard when available. I'm also fine with a basic burger with the usual stuff.

My go-to Wendy's order is a biggie bag, being the broke bitch that I am. I love the breakfast Baconator though.

I was experimenting when I was living in a different city, and I really wanted to give some "smoked" taste of the mcdonalds burguer (the old ones when I was a kid...not the US ones, I know they have another recipe) and I tought "why not soy? I already use it for goldened chicken and as small dressing while frying potatoes" and with that my burger game increased, approved by me, my cousin I used to live with, my brother in law, my sister, former coworkers and current coworkers
